DELIVERY INFORMATION

Average delivery in Lima can take between 12 and 24 hours after you have placed your order.

Average delivery to any Peruvian department outside Lima can take between 24 and 48 hours after you have placed your order.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We ship all goods internationally using DHL from Peru. Average international delivery time is 3 to 10 working days from the day your order has been placed. A confirmation e-mail and tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address.

There may be duties and/or foreign taxes applied by customs towards your order when delivery is made. We are unable to be held responsible for these charges, and they will not be reimbursed or refunded by Benavia. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.

Please note that the tax deduction only applies on markets where local customs add tax and duty – there will be no deduction of tax for markets with no additional local customs charges.

When you register at the Benavia online shop your personal details will be registered. Benavia will handle all personal details with the utmost care. We only collect information about you to process your order. We will never pass your personal details or order details to any other company, other than to process your order. You have the right to view your personal details upon request. If they are wrong, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to demand that the files be corrected or deleted.
