RETURN POLICY

Please note our Web-shop can only accept returns bought directly from benavia.com. If you bought a product from a different location or retailer, you must go back to the same shop in order to exchange it.

Within Peru, changes will only be accepted within 7 calendar days from the shipping confirmation. These are made in the store located at Av. Grau 255, Miraflores, Lima, Peru.

Changes can only be made once.

Changes in products are always made with a ticket, sales invoice or a copy of a gift certificate.

Changes are only accepted if the product is in perfect conditions and left in the store with original packaging.

You can exchange your purchase for a product of the same or a greater value (canceling the difference), there will not be store credit for exchanges or minor value.

Any change originates the issuance of a credit note that supports the operation, which will be valid for 1 day. If you do not use all the credit that day, the balance in favor will be without effect.

No changes or refunds are accepted on products in sale or used items.

The company does not make refunds of money in any case.

Exchanges made outside of Peru are not accepted.
